Tara Fass, L.M.F.T.

About

Tara believes that people want to connect the dots between their past and present to create a road map for their lives. In this way people gain a better understanding what they are working towards and why. Illuminating your blind spots and getting out of your own way to make positive change is an ‘inside job.’ The work of therapy begins in turning what appears to be a low moment to a better place resulting in a more productive life tailored to your liking.

What is explored and talked about in session unfolds in between sessions. She sees symptoms, such as of repetitive patterns of anxiety, indecision and depression, addictions, or low self-esteem, as the problems and complaints that let us know we have unmet needs. Tara aims for moving beyond problems and complaints by forming a supportive and safe environment where unmet needs can be brought into awareness so that strategies can be developed for determining which to focus on and are legitimate and healthy. Uncovering the hidden potentialities within your grasp is possible, so that your dreams for a better future can be turned into viable options. A lighter perspective and brighter life can be brought into manifestation and achieved today.
